What is gin dry?

Gin dry, also known as London dry gin, is a type of gin that is characterized by its dry and often juniper-forward taste. It is not necessarily produced in London but must adhere to certain standards and regulations such as being made with predominantly juniper berries, neutral spirits, and botanicals. In addition to juniper, other common botanicals used in gin dry include coriander, angelica root, and citrus peels. Gin dry is typically enjoyed in a classic gin and tonic cocktail or used as a base spirit in other cocktails.
